- Our Service: ZendoLead is a marketplace where businesses ("Sellers") can purchase verified commercial leads. We source these leads using paid advertising, public data aggregation, and our AI agent, ZendoWhisper.
- Our Role (Important): We act as the Data Controller for the leads we collect and store in our database. This means we are responsible for how that data is collected and processed before you unlock it.
- Your Role: When you (the Seller) unlock a lead using credits, you become an independent Data Controller of that specific lead's data. You are then responsible for complying with privacy laws when you contact them.
- Data Collection: We collect data directly from leads (via ZendoWhisper conversations and forms) and indirectly from public business sources.
- Your Rights: We respect the privacy rights of both our platform users (Sellers) and the individuals in our database (Leads). You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time.
B. Full Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Intellixio ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information through our ZendoLead platform and ZendoWhisper AI service. This policy applies to two distinct groups:
- Sellers/Customers: Businesses who sign up to use our platform to buy leads.
- Leads/Prospects: Individuals whose business contact information is collected, processed, and stored in our database.
2. Our Data Protection Roles
To ensure clarity under laws like GDPR and CCPA:
- We are the Data Controller of the ZendoLead Database. We determine the means and purposes of collecting lead data (via ZendoWhisper or outreach) to build our inventory.
- We are the Data Controller of Seller Account Data (your billing info, login credentials).
- Handover of Control: When a Seller "Unlocks" a lead, the data for that specific individual is transferred to the Seller. From that moment, the Seller becomes an Independent Data Controller of that copy of the data and is responsible for their own subsequent compliance (e.g., providing opt-outs in emails).
3. Information We Collect
3.1 From Sellers (Customers)
We collect information necessary to run the marketplace:
- Account Information: Name, email, company name, password.
- Financial Data: Payment records and Credit balances (processed via third-party providers like Paddle/Stripe).
- Usage Data: Logs of which leads you view or unlock.
3.2 From Leads (Prospects)
We collect business contact information through:
- Direct Interaction (ZendoWhisper): When users interact with our ads on social media or chat with our AI agent (ZendoWhisper) on WhatsApp/Messenger, we collect their name, phone number, answers to qualification questions, and consent signals.
- Public Sources & Outreach: We may aggregate publicly available business information (e.g., LinkedIn, corporate directories) or verify data via cold outreach (Email/SMS) to confirm interest in specific B2B categories.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

- With Sellers (Customers): This is the core of our business. When a Seller uses Credits to "Unlock" a lead, we transfer the Lead's contact details and qualification data to that Seller.
- Service Providers: Trusted vendors who help us operate (e.g., WhatsApp API providers, cloud hosting, payment processors like Paddle).
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose data if compelled by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety and rights of Intellixio or others.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or sale of Intellixio assets.
6. Data Retention
- Seller Data: Retained as long as your account is active + 5 years for tax/legal records.
- Lead Data: We retain lead data in our active marketplace database as long as the data remains verified and accurate ("fresh"). If we detect data decay (e.g., dead number), it is removed from the marketplace.
7. Your Rights (Sellers and Leads)
Whether you are a Seller using our tool or a Lead in our database, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data ("Right to be Forgotten").
- Withdraw consent (for Leads who opted in via ZendoWhisper).

Note: If a Lead requests deletion, we will remove them from our Marketplace. However, we cannot delete data that has already been unlocked and transferred to a Seller's own system. The Lead must contact that Seller directly.
8. Security and International Transfers
We implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect the database. We operate globally. If we transfer data from the EEA/UK to countries with different data protection standards (like Bangladesh), we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure continued protection.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Service is strictly for B2B commercial use. We do not knowingly collect or market to individuals under the age of 18.
